Packaging and Shipping Coordinator

Our projects include industrial water recycling at government sites. AVANTech's goal is to improve the environment around us and support our clients with innovative sustainable water treatment solutions.
Must have a working knowledge of crating, labeling, bolting, kitting, driving and cleaning.
A Day in the Life:
- Ability to assemble kit based on customer specifications
- Knowledge of hand/power tools
- Understanding of valves, flanges, and gaskets
- Mechanically able to glue PVC piping together using a PVC piping drawing
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto mechanic experience helpful
- Forklift use
- Ability to use an overhead crane
- Ability to follow blueprint drawings and bend stainless steel tubing a plus
- Pneumatic tubing
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates that have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto mechanic or industrial maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous shipping and packaging experience is a plus
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing business needs
