Hopkinton Seasonal Summer Position - Head Counselor, Playground Group

The Town of Hopkinton, Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a Seasonal Summer Playground Group - Head Counselor.

The various Seasonal Summer programs provide a fun, engaging, and safe environment for residents who enroll. Activities will feature a variety of outdoor and indoor summertime activities for kids.

Head Counselor, Playground Groups:

The Head Counselor oversees the organization of activities of the playground groups at the Little Hillers (ages 5–7) or Junior Hillers (ages 8–12), both programs located at the Elmwood School. Responsibilities include supervising counselors, planning and coordinating daily activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and communicating with parents as needed. Head Counselors will also chaperone participants on weekly off-site field trips.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.25 - $18.75 (dependent on qualifications)
