We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and qualified full-time Digital Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team in our Lexington, KY corporate office.


In this role, you will be responsible for creating, nurturing, and expanding relationships with our digital product vendors, as well as supporting in the sales process with clients/vendors to increase business. You will work closely with several departments within the company to increase availability and streamline fulfillment of digital content for K12 & Higher-Ed institutions.


Required Education/Experience

     Bachelor’s Degree

     5 years educational publishing and/or a related field experience

     3 years general sales/account management experience

     3 years contract negotiation

     Self-starter, able to operate without constant direction

     Strong verbal and written communication skills

     Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills

     Excellent negotiation skills

     Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

     Knowledge of databases and systems

     Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook

     Knowledge of current technology is a must, including Google Apps, iOS, Slack, and more


Key Responsibilities

     Research and execute partnership opportunities with publishers to increase digital content availability

     Identifying and expanding terms with existing Publishers or content providers

     Research and coordinate with IT departments to execute integration opportunities with textbook publishers, Student Information Systems, & Learning Management Systems

     Attend monthly relationship meetings and annual conferences, as needed

     Evaluate best practices & look for opportunities for automation/process improvement

     Expand current Inclusive Access opportunities

     Act as the main point of contact for any new IA opportunities (sales demos, presentations, etc.)
