Park Roamer

Cedar & Spruce Consulting Ltd. is seeking a highly independent and dependable Roamer to join our Parks Operations team. In this mobile maintenance role, you’ll travel between various day use areas across the Bow Valley to ensure facilities like washrooms, parking lots, and trailheads are clean, safe, and well-maintained for public use.

This is an ideal job for someone who enjoys working solo, being outside, and taking pride in keeping natural spaces welcoming and beautiful.

• Follow a scheduled route to visit multiple day use areas throughout the Bow Valley

• Clean and restock outhouses and washroom facilities

• Remove garbage and recycling from bins and grounds

• Perform light landscaping tasks (e.g. raking, picking up debris)

• Inspect facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues

• Keep accurate daily logs of work completed (training provided)

• Company vehicle for daily use (travel between sites)

• All tools, cleaning supplies, PPE, and safety gear

• Training and support from a knowledgeable team

• Flexible scheduling options

• Strong ability to work independently and stay motivated without direct supervision

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license (required)

• Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, or parks work is an asset but not required
