The Lodge at Natchez Trace, a beautiful home-style assisted living and memory care community just outside Nashville, is searching for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our day or night shift team.

Position Overview

As a PRN LPN at The Lodge at Natchez Trace, you will support the nighttime health and well-being of residents in both assisted living and memory care. You will monitor residents, respond promptly to care needs, administer nighttime medications, and ensure a calm, safe environment during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor residents’ vitals and document accurately in our EMR
• Assist with nighttime care needs, including hygiene, comfort, and mobility support
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Respond quickly to changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic clinical tasks as needed
• Support late-evening and early-morning admissions, transfers, or discharges
• Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents and team members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and all community, state, and federal guidelines
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently during night hours
• Ability to collaborate effectively with overnight staff
