Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, food quality control and customer service.
-Keeping customers happy, getting their feedback on the experience and presenting solutions to any negative experience.
-Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow
restaurant procedures.
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, providing training, guidance, and
support as needed.
-Prepare weekly staff schedules, keeping track of employees’
hours and approving payroll.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and control to minimize waste and
optimize costs.
- Uphold high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain a
smooth operation.
-Ordering needed supplies as needed to ensure proper
service standards.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe dining
environment.
-Manage Liquor, Beer &Wine Inventory, purchase and cost control.
-Manage Restaurant’s Payroll
-Actively participate in different meetings as needed for the successful operation of the restaurant.
