Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually + bonus potential, benefits, and long-term growth opportunities
Position Type: Full-time, salaried
Experience Required:
5+ years in a senior leadership role as an impact player for a high-volume, full-service restaurant, restaurant group, or multi-unit operation

We're looking for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our leadership team and help shape the next evolution of our brand. This is not an entry-level management position — it’s a high-impact operational role with the opportunity to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and influence the future of the company alongside ownership and senior leadership.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting day-to-day operations while collaborating with the leadership team
  • Improving accountability systems, team performance, and service consistency
  • Training, coaching, and developing management and hourly team members
  • Executing brand standards, SOPs, and high-level guest experiences
  • Playing a critical role in strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in both FOH & BOH operations
  • Background in catering, banquets, large-scale events, or food truck operations
  • A strong interest in growth-stage brands or emerging restaurant groups
  • Experience in marketing or brand development
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using modern systems and tools
  • A desire to shape systems and be part of something bigger than yourself
