Front Desk Agent

We're seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Microtel Inn & Suites Beaver Falls. This position will typically work the 3pm to 11pm shift. As a Front Desk Agent you will welcome guests and provide outstanding guest service by answering telephones, making reservations, processing check-in and checkout of guests and answering general questions about the hotel and surrounding area.  

Required Skills:

• Must have availability for days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Should be highly organized, have strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.
