Director of Clinical Services
Vitality Living of Sebeka is seeking a Full-Time Director of Clinical Services. The successful candidate will ensure that the health care needs of all residents are met, and that quality care is delivered. The Director of Clinical Services will lead and manage all unlicensed, direct-care staff. Ensure training and competency evaluation of all unlicensed direct-care staff. Works cooperatively with the Executive Director to ensure Vitality living is following Assisted Living Licensure requirements. Conducts resident assessments as required.

Tactful and professional communication style
Must be dependable, organized and able to work independently
Proficiency with systems and technology including electronic medical records, Microsoft
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize based on resident and staff need throughout the day
Education and Experience:
Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as an RN and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
BA/BS in related field preferred
At least 6-8 years’ experience in assisted living or senior care setting
At least 6-8 years’ experience in nursing leadership preferred
