All American Hospice, was founded on October 18, 2011, at 139 Bustleton Pike in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. The organization was established with the belief that hospice patients receiving end-of-life care often require more support and attention than they are typically provided. From the beginning, the company set out to compete with some of the most respected hospice agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by focusing on enhanced patient-centered care.  Currently we are one the most compassionate and largest hospice programs in the Commonwealth. 

Introduction:


We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities:


  • Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member

  • Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment

  • Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records

  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing

  • Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing

  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
