Expeditor Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient flow of orders from the servers/bartenders to the kitchen
• Ensuring orders are being prepared with correct priority
• Assisting in the final preparations of dishes
• Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• Deliver completed orders to the tables in a fast and efficient manner
• Uphold the quality and sanitation standards
• Transfer important information between the kitchen and the wait staff
