Key Responsibilities
-
Safely operate telehandler and skid steer to lift, move, and place materials
-
Communicate effectively with crews and subtrades to coordinate work and minimize hazards
-
Assist on site as directed by the Superintendent or Foreman
-
Identify and communicate material shortages, delays, or site issues
-
Maintain a clean, organized site during material storage and unloading
-
Complete all required site documentation (hazard assessments, equipment inspections, etc.)

Perform preventative maintenance and basic servicing (fluids, greasing, cleaning)
-
Operate equipment without damaging materials, equipment, or structures
What You Bring
-
Experience in residential and/or commercial construction
-
Proven experience operating a telehandler and skid steer
-
Valid Telehandler certification
-
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Willingness to perform physical labour as needed

Understanding of equipment inspections and preventative maintenance

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
