Job Posting for Forklift Driver (2nd Shift) 2:15 pm - 10:45 pm

Department: Materials Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Must know all mixing forklift roles.
• Proper use of scanner gun for each material transaction to ensure accurate inventory
• Pull product from inventory and transfer to necessary area within the facility
• Properly store WIP in the warehouse and keep it organized
• Move mixed product in a timely manner to the finished goods area.
• Have knowledge as to the location of raw seasoning as to facilitate easy procurement.
• Check battery level/water levels and overall condition of forklift daily via forklift checklist.
• Fill out move sheet for product moves
• Must know how to drive various forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck)
• Adhere to all Workplace Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) expectations.
• Empty trash dumpster when necessary.
• All other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  A High School diploma or GED.  Forklift experience is required. In-house forklift certification will be completed prior to using a forklift at Fuchs.  

THIS DESCRIPTION IS A GENERAL STATEMENT OF REQUIRED MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PERFORMED ON A REQUIRED AND CONTINUOUS BASIS.  IT DOES NOT EXCLUDE OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Pay Range - $21.00 - $28.00 (Mid $24.50)
