Warehouse Operator - Night Shift

We are growing! We are looking for a Night Shift Warehouse Operator to join the Jokey North America team!

The Jokey Group consists of 14 production sites in 11 countries, employing over 2,500 employees and supplying customers in over 80 countries. We manufacture high quality injection moulded plastic buckets and lids for food and non-food items. Using monoplastics, we aim to decrease our environmental impact, and strengthen our contributions towards the development of a sustainable and a circular economy. 

The position is a Night shift position, the hours are 6:00pm to 6:00am.

             Scope of Duties:

·         Wrapping product and transporting product to warehouse;

·         Withdraw product from warehouse and stage product for shipment

·         Report product non-conformities to the Shipping Lead Hand and Quality Department for evaluation and documentation;

·         Report incoming raw material non-conformities to the Quality Department for evaluation and documentation;

·         Labelling wrapped product as needed;

·         Wet sweep warehouse according to cleaning plan;

·         Safe usage of machinery and equipment;

·         Observe and practice safe work at all times;

·         Other duties as assigned by management.

             Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of shipping and handling

·         Organization and time management skills

·         Proven communication skills (both written and verbal)

·         Understands FIFO system
