What You'll Do

• Assist with and lead group activities, special events, outings, and one-on-one engagement
• Encourage and motivate residents to participate in meaningful, person-centered activities
• Post and maintain weekly activity schedules and record resident participation
• Provide individualized support to residents based on interests, abilities, and needs
• Follow the household model and person-centered care practices
• Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to plan, evaluate, and improve programming
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, team members, and volunteers

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous life enrichment or activities experience preferred
• Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate residents of varying abilities
• Valid driver’s license for operating community vehicles as scheduled
