Brooksville Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys leading a team, supporting quality resident care, and helping drive strong clinical outcomes in a skilled nursing environment.

As Unit Manager, you will play an important role in coordinating resident care, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations for an assigned nursing unit

• Coordinate resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to CNAs and nursing staff

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care plan meetings

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

• Promote infection control, safety, and quality of care standards

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license in good standing

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience required

• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced environment
