Food and Beverage Supervisor - Prince Resort 
Job Description
  • Set and maintain a shift schedule
  • Oversee day-to-day evening operations in the FOH
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by quickly fixing any issues
  • Facilitate quick and efficient communication between front and back-of-house (BOH)
  • Must be a great communicator
  • Money handling and night-end reconciliation
  • Ensure consistency of product and service
  • Lead person in hiring, training, supervising, and developing FOH Team Members; follow our company policies and procedures
  • Personally, demonstrate a commitment to our customers by inquiring about service quality and responding promptly to guest needs.
  • Promptly handle guest complaints.
  • Fill in for staff when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager for proper training and guidance.
  • Willing to learn, train, and developed a successful team.
  • Assist in monthly inventory for FOH and BOH.
  • * This position is the foundation of being groomed as an Asst Food & Beverage Manager.
  • * Position reports to the onsite Food & Beverage Manager.
  • * Other duties may be assigned

 

Qualifications -

·         Integrity and Ethical

·         Previous experience in a related field is a plus

·         Knowledge of Micros POS system is plus

·         Must be dependable and have good time management kills

·         Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and sound decision making

·         Guest oriented with excellent people skills

·         Available to work a flexible schedule to fill in for callouts including weekends and some holidays

·         ServSafe certification is a plus
