We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our Springfield team.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Collaborating with diverse project teams to plan and design innovative civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry standards.

• Conducting advanced calculations to validate and optimize project designs for accuracy and efficiency, addressing complex challenges using a deep understanding of engineering principles.

• Leading the development of comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings and technically sophisticated reports, serving as a blueprint for successful project execution.

• Utilizing quantitative analysis to estimate quantities and construction costs, providing crucial insights for budgeting and strategic project planning.

• Offering hands-on expertise in construction phase services, overseeing project progress and swiftly addressing on-site challenges for seamless execution.

• Generating detailed reports and conducting studies to assess project feasibility, environmental impacts, and regulatory compliance, contributing to informed decision-making.

• Managing the preparation and submission of permit applications with meticulous attention to compliance with relevant codes and regulations, navigating complex regulatory landscapes efficiently.

Qualifications:

• B.S. In Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program

• Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam

• Actively pursuing PE license

• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering and design
