ABA and ISS Tech (Ocean)
Caring Family Community Services provides in-home services to children diagnosed with autism, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with the goal of improving their daily functioning. We are hiring for two programs supporting this population. For the first program, we are currently seeking ABA Techs with experience in the provision of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). For our second program, we are currently seeking Individual Support Staff (ISS Tech). ISS Tech 1 workers develop behavioral support plans for children needing to develop or improve functioning in activities of daily living. This will include direct behavioral teaching to both the children and caregivers as well as collecting and documenting data. This position requires experience supervising others and skill assessment. ISS Tech 2 workers implement behavioral support plans for children needing to develop or improve functioning in activities of daily living.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as psychology, special education, social work, etc.

ABA Tech position requires experience in the provision of Applied Behavioral Analysis.

ISS Tech positions must have 1-year experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or other ID/DD. Resumes must reflect a minimum of 1 year of experience with either/both development and/or implementation of behavioral support plans.

Satisfactory completion of professional references, criminal background and driving record checks.
Scheduling:

Flexible; afternoon, evenings, and weekend hours

Caseload minimum of 6 hours per week
