MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring  LVN Nurses!
We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to provide skilled care, treatment, and rehabilitation in accordance with individualized pediatric care plans. This position includes active participation in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, referring physicians, and other agencies involved in the patient’s care.

• 1-year-old female patient

• Family is seeking daytime  and  overnight nurses, as well as PRN nursing staff.  Shifts are 6AM - 6PM AND 6PM - 6AM. 

• Pt receives G-tube feeds.  Requries meds administration from nursing staff.  Pt is a twin and was premature.

• Patient does not have a trach or vent. 

• Patient is not crawling or walking yet, but is very close.
