Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable experiences? Our casino is seeking an out-going, personable and guest-focused Casino Host to connect with our valued guests. In this role, you’ll focus on personalized guest interaction, build lasting relationships, and help guests enjoy the full range of casino amenities and experiences.  The ideal candidate is personable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced casino environment.

 What You’ll Do:

• Design and maintain the Casino Comp Program.
• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience.
• Track and maintain accurate records of guest activity, preferences, and interactions.
• Offer tailored rewards, comps, and promotions to encourage loyalty.
• Coordinate special events and experiences for guests.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and casino services.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or casino operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of casino games, operations, and player development practices is an asset.
• Multilingual candidates encouraged; Mandarin/Chinese skills are an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality or related field is a plus.

 Additional Requirements / Working Conditions:

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and positive, outgoing attitude.
• Physically capable of standing or walking for extended periods and performing light physical activities as required.
• Comfortable working in a busy casino environment with frequent guest interaction.
• Occasional on-call or after-hours availability may be required.
• Additional duties may be required from time to time to support guest service and operational requirements.

 Compensation

·         Compensation for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications and overall suitability for the role.
