Senior Manager, Client Service Team

Are you looking to leverage your client service skills and team leadership experience to solve for the toughest leadership challenges for some of the world’s most successful corporations?  The Regis Company is seeking a Senior Manager on our Client Service Team with strong business acumen, a focus on successful project health, while delighting clients with award-winning leadership development experiences.  You’ll lead clients in design thinking sessions, product backlogs, development, testing and the launch of products.  You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment in which your flexibility and drive get the job done, and your ability to paint a compelling vision inspires team members and clients alike.  While people view you as collaborative and inclusive, you don’t shy away from tough conversations and opportunities for self-reflection and development.  Reports to the Senior Director of Client Service Team.


  • In conjunction with the project team and client, define and refine the product vision that will address the defined problem
  • Identify and manage risks that affect cost, schedule and client satisfaction
  • Plan and monitor budget and staffing requirements
  • Responsible for the creation, prioritization, and grooming of the product backlog
  • Leads the team in product backlog refinement and sprint and release planning
  • Determines and communicates clear and specific goals for each sprint/release in line with the product vision
  • Negotiate and communicate priorities with client and project teams
  • Contribute to the on-going development of team members and the broader organization


  • Demonstrable evidence of strong business acumen that includes an understanding of the following areas:
    • Market dynamics
    • Supply chain
    • Financial statements
    • Mega-trends relating to operations
  • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in a business or education discipline
  • 4+ years in a professional business environment (management consulting or software) – preferably with a top-tier professional service firm and a variety of industry exposure
  • Experience in design, adult learning, and organizational development or organizational psychology
  • Proven experience working in an Agile project environment – may also have experience with Agile tools, such as Jira
  • Advanced level competency with MS Office Suite

Travel Required

  • 25% travel to client sites, but can vary based on project deliverables
