Property Maintenance Crew Member
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER
Martin Oil Company is seeking a dependable and hard-working individual to join our team. Duties include general maintenance, grounds keeping, and assisting with construction projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Grounds upkeep: mowing, trimming, landscaping, snow removal
- General maintenance and repairs (inside and outside)
- Assisting with light construction projects and property improvements
- Operating tools and equipment safely
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment a plus
- Previous maintenance or construction experience preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
