Job Description:

Responsibilities include:
- Ensures quality presentation of food.
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, food prep area, refrigerator, freezer and dry storage.
- Ensures all kitchen equipment is operating properly.
-Tracks inventory
-Properly reports any problems to management for appropriate action.

Requirements:
- Work and communicate effectively with others
- Work independently and meet time schedules
- Work weekends, special events, and holidays as needed
- Maintain proper sanitation regulations and food handling guidelines
- Reliable transportation
- Operate kitchen equipment

ServSafe certification preferred.
