Finishing Carpenter

Twin Anchors Manufacturing is recruiting for a Finishing Carpenter. The duties include and but are not limited to:

1. Studying blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications.

2. Calculating the amount and type of materials needed to complete the job.

3. Be able to use measuring tools to prepare the layouts.

4. Measure, cut , shape, and and join materials.

5. Ensure the layouts meet building codes.

6. Fit and Install door, mouldings and hardware. 

7. may be asked to prepare cost estimates for possible clients.

8. Cut and install trim and mouldings (ie; baseboards, window trim and crown mouldings).

9. Assist with the installation of pocket doors and interior doors.

10. Assist with possible furniture assembly.

11. Finishing and touchups as necessary.

12. Good understanding of blueprints and architectural designs.

13. Participate in a clean work area and participate with the factory's safety work policies.
