eBanking Implementation Specialist

The eBanking Implementation Specialist will assist in the overall performance of the bank’s daily electronic banking operations. The eBanking Implementation Specialist will be responsible for processing and balancing ACHs, RDC setup and support, ATM Deposit approvals, Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (MRDC), OLB setup and support, debit card support, and associated accounting functions in accordance with Bank policies, operating procedures, audit requirements and federal regulations while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications required:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent

·         Two to five years of job-related experience

·         Experience in online banking products, wires, mobile remote deposit capture and ACH processing

·         Basic accounting skills and proficient in Windows and Excel

·         Excellent Multi-Tasking, Organization and Problem-Solving skills

Essential functions and responsibilities:

The following duties are normal for this position and are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned:

·         Perform daily ACH functions, including but not limited to, ACH Originations, Same Day ACH, External Transfers, to meet established administrative, operations, and compliance goals for departments within the bank and outside companies while ensuring a comprehensive understanding for a full range of services.

·         Verify and submit checks deposited via ATM for completeness of items i.e., stale date, check signed, endorsement, etc.

·         Verify and submit checks deposited via Mobile Capture for completeness of items i.e., stale date, check signed, endorsement, etc.

·         Provide telephone internal and external customer service, with investigations and general inquiries.

·         Daily balancing of ACH, ATM deposits, and Mobile Remote Capture

·         Research and resolve customer inquiries, encoding errors, photocopies, etc.

·         Provide back-up in the review of daily incoming files i.e., in clearing an ACH files and correcting rejects, OFAC and process IAT transactions, etc.

·         Assist with record retention requirements of eBanking Operations Department

·         Communicate with the Deposit Operations Department and assist with any research or balancing issues

·         Assist with keeping all department procedures related to electronic banking updated and current

·         Complete all training by assigned deadlines

·         Inform management of potential losses and or issues due to errors or fraud

·         Ensure compliance with all bank and regulatory standards and immediately report suspected suspicious or unusual activity.

·         Perform other related duties as assigned

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

·         Microsoft office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

·         Experience with FIS products is a plus but not required

·         Thorough knowledge or understanding of banking operations policies, procedures, and federal regulations governing the financial industry

·         Professional verbal phone skills and ability to place, answer, and direct phone calls

·         Team oriented with proven ability to work cooperatively
