OVERVIEW

The HR Consultant is responsible the account management and HR function for a select group of clients. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company, the HR Consultant provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that their clients have proper HR operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to our clients that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the client company;
  • Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all HR processes for a select group of clients;
  • Collaborate with all members of the team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
  • Motivate and lead clients to drive high performance teams by assisting them with strategic plans to attract, recruit and retain their workforce;
  • Represent the InnovateHR with clients, investors, and business partners and at networking functions;

  • Demonstrate ability to integrate commercial knowledge and HR expertise to implement business strategies and satisfy long-term needs of the business.

  • Capable of rapidly building strong, effective and trusted relationships and networks
  • Creates and inspires trust and openness amongst internal colleagues and clients
  • Highly motivated, energizing and inspiring others to seek higher levels of performance
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
  • Comfortable owning the details and driving execution as well as mapping out broader talent strategies
  • Analytical and creative-capable of flexing solutions to changing demands: anticipating the local and regional impact

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven set of skills and a breadth of knowledge that are of value to the business
  • Takes a big picture perspective regarding Innovate HR’s priorities and goals
  • Previous front line business operations or leadership experience a plus
  • 8-10 Years HR/Management Experience
  • Strong influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in strategy and can work in a high paced environment without administrative support
  • HR Certifications are preferred
  • HR/MBA Degree is preferred

COMPESNATION DETAIL:

 Base Salary

  • Profit Share Plan- Awarded in July each year to be dispersed in accordance with our 401(K) plan requirements- profitability of the business is dependent upon discretionary amount
