JOIN VITALITY SENIOR LIVING AS AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR!

Vitality Senior Living of New York Mills is seeking an Executive Director.  The successful candidate will partner with the regional consultants to ensure residents and staff are living and developing.  Set high expectations and assume accountability to ensuring the execution of Vitality’s core values. Drive outcomes by working cohesively with key stakeholders on setting clear goals and remove barriers for the location to achieve goals.

• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize based on resident and staff need throughout the day 

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least three years in related field preferred.
• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Assisted Living Director, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure.
