Position Summary

The Part-Time Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up equipment and materials from vendors, inspecting for damage, and delivering them to job sites. This role ensures that deliveries are made efficiently and on time while maintaining accurate records. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential, as this position requires coordination with vendors and job sites to support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup Coordination:
  • Follow the delivery schedule to pick up equipment and materials from vendors, ensuring all necessary resources are ready for transport.

·         Inspection Management:

• • Inspect equipment and materials for damage before delivery, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Delivery Operations:
  • Organize and execute timely deliveries to job sites, ensuring efficient logistics management.
• Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of pickups, inspections, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Customer Communication:
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise, ensuring excellent service.

·         Inspection Accuracy:

o    Ensure that equipment and materials match the correct part numbers and quantities as ordered, in addition to checking for any damage.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors and job sites.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.

The Part-Time Delivery Driver is expected to manage all aspects of equipment and material delivery, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining compliance with safety standards. Schedule & Location

• Part-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (hours may fluctuate depending on business needs)
• On-site position at our Tampa office
