Account Manager, Energy Industry Group

The Account Manager is responsible for supporting and servicing an assigned book of business within our Energy Industry Group. This role ensures the highest standards of client service, technical accuracy, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Role at PLATFORM
The successful candidate will assist our team with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting, fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development
• Provides support to the Account Director on a book of business (inclusive of annual, international and project placements)
• Be the day-to-day contact for a client contact on the assigned book of business, triaging requests during the renewal process and during the lifecycle of the annual program
• Assist with certificate and invoice issuance in periods of high transactional requests, including any formal documentation needed for the use of unlicensed carriers
• Assist the Account Director with broking services on renewal and mid-term placements for the assigned book of business

Education, Experience & Qualifications
• AIC License
• Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
