Prep Cook

The Original Mels is looking for experienced Prep Cooks at our Walnut Creek location. Applicants must be available to work weekends and nights. This is a high volume, fast paced restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner and provides profitable opportunities for strong performers in an environment that is friendly and fun.

Prep Cook responsibilities include setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies, preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces), and cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
