Chula Seafood is opening in Downtown Phoenix at the Arizona Center, and we’re building our opening kitchen team. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and want to be part of something special from day one.

This is a great opportunity to work with high-quality seafood, learn from a strong culinary team, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail

• Work all stations as needed (grill, fry, cold, prep)

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station

• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

• Support prep and daily kitchen setup/breakdown

• Communicate clearly with team members during service

• Show up ready to work and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Team-first mindset and positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow

• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
