Gilmore catering is currently interviewing experienced, energetic, dynamic, and skilled prep cooks. If you want to be part of this growing team apply.


  • Must have at least three years of experience in a banquet/ catering operation
  • Must be able to work in a high paced environment with a no stress attitude
  • Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Must be able to take direction for production and execution of events
  • Must have a Valid Driver’s License
  • Must have a complete understanding of both Kent and Ottawa County Food Codes
  • Quality checking all received products
  • Organizing the daily production of events  
  • Knowledge and understanding of controlling waste  
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of quality
  • Ensuring all Company SOP’s are being followed
  • Must have open availability Monday through Sunday
  • Duties contain but are not limited to those listed above.


  • 10-14/ hour based on experience.
