We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Residential Maintenance Technician who can work independently, take direction well, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise in a supportive, down-to-earth environment — without the stress and red tape of a large corporation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of unit turns, move-in/move-out inspections, and general maintenance

• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude with residents and team members

• Ability to use a smartphone and basic computer programs for work orders and reporting

• Must be dependable and able to pass a background check
