Our campers are children, youth, and adults with a variety of disabilities and complex medical conditions. The Camp Counsellors are the ones that make it all happen. Camp Counsellors have the most hands-on and interactive role with our campers. They are responsible for assisting with the camper’s personal needs, supervising, and facilitating games and activities. The counselling team play a crucial role in the success of the camper's experience. During staff training, counsellors will learn what it means to be an effective counsellor, develop strategies for behaviour management, and collect resources to facilitate creative and inclusive programs.
