Position Overview:
The Principal Stadium Lead is a strategic and operational leadership role responsible for overseeing the stadium’s cleaning and waste management staff. This pivotal position ensures seamless operations during games and events, maintaining an exemplary standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day staffing operations, ensuring compliance with both client requirements and company standards.
• Strategic Staffing: Develop robust staffing plans that guarantee full coverage for all events, with contingency measures for unexpected staff shortages.
• Waste Management: Implement innovative waste management strategies to enhance sustainability efforts at the stadium.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate effectively with stadium management and external partners to align on event-specific requirements.
• Manage daily operations and ensure staffing levels meet or exceed client requirements for each event at the stadium.

Role Specific Tasks:

• Provide stadium management and security with shift rosters at least 24 hours before shift start time to ensure seamless coordination.
• Oversee the accurate clocking in and out of staff members, maintaining strict adherence to scheduled times.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members, ensuring a high retention rate and operational readiness.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on staff attendance, performance, and operational issues, submitting them to supervisory personnel as required.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and staff performance through training and development initiatives.

• Proven leadership experience in facilities management, ideally in stadiums or large venues.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage day-to-day operations and lead a large team.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work flexibly, adapting to evening, weekend, and holiday schedules.
