✨ Now Hiring: In-Home Caregiver – Wellesley, MA

We are seeking a dependable, gentle, and engaging caregiver to support a wonderful 84-year-old gentleman—a retired teacher and woodworking enthusiast—who is legally blind. He values calm, respectful support and thrives on thoughtful companionship.

This is a rewarding, low-stress position offering consistent daytime hours in a peaceful home environment.

Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour (commensurate with experience and certification)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene, and dressing

• Support safe mobility and transfers using proper techniques

• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and assist with feeding

• Perform light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environment

• Offer warm companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Monitor and promptly report changes in condition

• Practice infection control and maintain strict client confidentiality

• Encourage independence and cognitive engagement where possible

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified CNA, HHA, or PCA (active and in good standing)

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or healthcare-related experience preferably

• High School Diploma or GED

• Reliable transportation (required)

• Experience with visually impaired clients a plus

• Gentle, dependable, and dedicated to client-centered care
