Guest Services Attendant
Guest Services Attendants are the heart of our customer experience. The work of a Guest Services Attendant is vital to the success of the marina and the property as a whole. Guest Services Attendants must take pride in their work, have a can-do attitude, and maintain a positive, guest focused mindset.
Guest Services Attendants are responsible for the following:

Maintaining the cleanliness of employee and guest facing work areas

Stocking and tidying shelves and displays

Assisting in inventory management

Being knowledgeable and able to communicate water laws and rental safety guidelines

Communicating clearly and effectively over the phone

Learning and understanding booking and point-of-sale systems

Resolving minor guest concerns

Assisting guests and tenants with general needs

Informing guests and tenants of marina and property services and offerings
-
Communicate observations and concerns regarding the state of the property and equipment to management.

Other tasks as necessary
