Email Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
eCampus.com is seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute our email marketing campaigns targeting millions of students across the country. This position will play a critical role in driving engagement, retention, and conversion through effective email strategies. You’ll work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to create high-impact email campaigns that support company goals, manage segmentation, and analyze performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Development & Execution: Manage the full cycle of email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, targeting a diverse audience of students, parents, and educators.

Segmentation & Targeting: Develop and manage customer segments, ensuring tailored messaging for each group to increase engagement and conversions.

Content & Design Collaboration: Work with internal teams (design, content, and development) to create compelling email templates, calls-to-action, and visuals that align with brand guidelines.

Automation & Drip Campaigns: Build and optimize automated email sequences, including welcome emails, abandoned cart reminders, upsell/cross-sell offers, and re-engagement campaigns.

Performance Analysis: Track and report on key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

A/B Testing: Lead A/B testing efforts on subject lines, content, and timing to improve engagement and drive revenue.

Compliance: Ensure email campaigns adhere to best practices, including CAN-SPAM, data privacy laws, and email deliverability guidelines.

Collaboration with Director of Digital Marketing: Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to align email marketing strategies with broader company initiatives and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School Rush, textbook promotions).
Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns at scale.

Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Listrak, Sendgrid) and knowledge of CRM tools.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Technical Proficiency: Understanding of dynamic content and best practices for email delivery.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
