Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to review credit reports, identify discrepancies, and develop customized strategies to improve credit standing. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate clients' credit reports from major bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)

• Identify and dispute inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information

• Communicate with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies

• Educate clients on credit scores, credit-building techniques, and financial best practices

• Maintain accurate records of all disputes and client interactions

• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases

• Stay informed on industry regulations, FCRA guidelines, and credit repair best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit repair, financial services, or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Credit Repair Cloud or similar)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
