Do you enjoy planning events? Are you a good salesperson? As the Market Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and operations of one of our Event Teams. Duties include arriving at the site for booth set up, managing/scheduling employees, greeting and interacting with potential customers, and Event Scheduling.
Objectives:
- Communicate sales pitch effectively
- Formulate an effective plan for connecting with customers
- Maintain relationships with market organizers and find potential leads
- Report to the Marketing Coordinator about day-to-day operations
Job Timeline & Pay: $16-18/hr plus 3% commission on all products sold at events
Desired Qualifications:
- Restaurant Related Certifications: Certified Master Safe Technician (CMST), Food Safety Manager Certification, Certified Food Manager (CFM), ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- Sales experience
- Organized, positive attitude
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of management experience
- High school or GED equivalent
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Instinctive ability to lead others
- Understand local safety regulations
- Must have a driver’s license & car with reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
