Responsibilities

• Deliver a polished and professional arrival and departure experience, greeting guests warmly and assisting with luggage handling and transportation.

• Review daily arrivals, including VIPs and special accommodations, to anticipate and prepare for guest needs.

• Escort guests to assigned accommodations, ensure luggage is placed appropriately, and provide an overview of room features and resort amenities.

• Coordinate efficient delivery and retrieval of guest luggage, group baggage, parcels, messages, and specialty items.

• Maintain organized, secure luggage storage and verify all items with guests prior to departure.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, service requests, and general information needs.

• Support Front Desk operations by assisting with calls, message distribution, and interdepartmental coordination as needed.

• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the lobby, entrance, and forecourt areas in alignment with luxury hospitality standards.

Work Environment

This role operates in an environment with routine exposure to airborne particles and active mechanical equipment. Adherence to established safety procedures is required.

Physical Demands

The position requires regular verbal communication and hearing. Employees must frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. The role involves frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Visual acuity—including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception—is necessary to perform essential functions.

Position Type/Work Schedule Expectation

This is a variable hour position to include days, nights, weekends and holidays. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
