Machine Operator – Manufacturing / Grinding

Hiring Machine Operators for a precision grinding & machining company with 70+ years in business. Entry-level friendly. Training provided.

Job Duties

• Operate and support belt grinding machines

• Load/unload metal parts

• Perform grinding, deburring, smoothing, and surface prep

• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges

• Sort, label, and package finished parts

• Record part counts and basic production info

 Requirements

• 1+ year manufacturing, machine operating, warehouse, or shop experience

• Comfortable working with metal parts and hand tools

• Able to stand for long periods

• Reliable and willing to learn

• High school diploma/GED preferred

Schedule

1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

Alternating Saturdays required

 Pay

• $18.00 - $20 per hour, Depending on experience

• OT at 1.5x

• Temp-to-hire after 620 hours
