We are seeking an innovative marketing assistant to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be executing and optimizing our marketing strategies,  coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, reporting into the CMO.

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Overseeing marketing department.

Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts

Communicating the marketing plan.

Researching demand for our products and services.

Planning, coordinating and delegation of Social Media plan

Competitor research.

Developing promotions and strategies to increase sales and profitability of our online store.

Planning, directing, and coordinating Photoshoots

Compiling lists describing our offerings.

Developing and managing advertising campaigns including print and digital.

Building brand awareness and positioning.

Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.

Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Marketing Manager Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in marketing 

Proven marketing campaign experience.

Proficient in using digital platforms and applications

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Strong copywriting skills.

Attention to detail.

Professional and proactive work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
