We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Online Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team!

 

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote Dudley DeBosier online. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/clients.

 

Online Marketing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

A successful candidate will be able to:

 

  • Build, plan, implement, and manage the overall digital marketing strategy

  • Oversee company's social media accounts

  • Manage website and online presence

  • Manage digital marketing budget

  • Create new online content, including photo/video shooting and editing

  • Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content

  • Build an inbound marketing plan

  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices

  • Manage online reputation

  • Manage digital portions of all marketing campaigns

  • Serve as liaison for digital marketing agency

  • Successfully communicate and work with firm managers, partners, agency, and outside vendors to perform responsibilities

  • Increase online database

  • Deliver lead conversions and company growth

  • Organize, analyze and monitor basic reporting and analytics for website and social media

  • Measure ROI and KPIs

  • Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports

  • Make recommendations based on data results

  • Use creative abilities and unconventional methods to help develop new marketing strategies

  • Help out with all administrative assistant duties and various activities at all locations when needed

  • Work and react quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain an organized work-flow

  • Meet deadlines and high standards of operating

 

Minimum experience, education and skills required:

  • BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field

  • 2-5 years experience in a related field

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

  • Experience in all social media platforms

  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and blogging

  • Familiarity with web design

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

  • Critical thinker and problem-solver

  • Self-starter who can work autonomously with little support and also with a team

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Good time-management skills and ability to multitask

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and InDesign a plus

  • High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required
