Cabana Servers/ Seasonal Manager

As a Cabana Server & Seasonal Manager, you will

  • Deliver prompt, excellent service to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Help guest select food and beverage by presenting menu; suggesting courses; explaining specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and all menu items on the property.
  • Knowledgeable of amenities, services, treatments, activities, and their locations on the property
  • Set up and breakdown the pool area, keeping the area neat and clean
  • Restocking of pool towels
  • Periodically check-in to ensure guest needs are met, then graciously present an accurate check and collect payment at the conclusion of the meal.
  • Able to stand long hours and must be able to perform the duties of the position under pressure from the high volume of guests.
  • Able to tactfully and pleasantly resolve issues with internal and external customers.
  • Serve every guest with a warm welcome, use their name once established, maintain a genuine demeanor, and complete every interaction with sincerity.
