We’re looking for dependable, high-energy individuals to join our Closing Team and help us bake joy into every cookie. If you’re fast on your feet, serious about cleanliness, and love making customers smile, this is your perfect opportunity!

• Follow manager prep lists and closing procedures with accuracy.

• Prepare and decorate cookies to Crumbl’s standards.

• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests.

• Work efficiently to maintain fast ticket times without sacrificing quality.

• Ensure all orders are accurate and fulfilled promptly.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

• Complete end-of-day cleaning tasks (staying approx. 1 hour after close).

• Monday – Thursday: Closes at 10:00 PM

• Friday – Saturday: Closes at 12:00 AM
  (Must be able to stay after hours to clean.)

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must have reliable transportation and excellent punctuality.

• Strong ability to work fast, stay organized, and follow directions.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and be coached.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
