Position Summary:
The Integrated Solutions Group Manager is responsible for leading the day‑to‑day
operations of the Integrated Solutions business, with primary accountability
for execution performance, profitability, and delivery. This position owns the
P&L, drives improvements in lead time and throughput, and provides
leadership across engineering, fabrication, project execution, and field teams
to ensure consistent, high‑quality results for our customers.
This position is based in Indianapolis, with occasional travel to customer sites or internal facilities as needed. The role offers a competitive compensation plan and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all day‑to‑day operations within the Integrated Solutions group.
Own and manage the Integrated Solutions P&L, including revenue, margin, labor, and overhead performance.
Monitor project financials and execution metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Drive improvements in lead time, delivery predictability, and execution efficiency.
Provide operational leadership across engineering, fabrication, panel build, and field support functions.
Ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, and executed from order intake through closeout.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, project management, engineering, and service teams to align scope, schedule, and execution strategy.
Identify and remove bottlenecks impacting cost, schedule, or quality.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to margin, throughput, and on‑time delivery.
Support staffing, onboarding, and performance development for operational team members.
Promote and enforce safety, quality, and company standards across all Integrated Solutions activities.
Provide regular updates on workload, backlog health, execution performance, and challenges.
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of experience in industrial automation, systems integration, fabrication, or project execution.
Demonstrated success in operational leadership with financial accountability.
Strong understanding of engineering workflows, fabrication processes, and project delivery.
Proven track record of improving execution efficiency and reducing lead times.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple functions.
Highly organized with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
