What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the Business Development team, you will
leverage your industry knowledge and contacts to develop and grow relationships
with new and existing clients to expand Terracon’s market position in the

prospecting and cold calling, client meetings, client proposal development and

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Business Development/Sales role,
preferably with a focus on professional services, oilfield services, or
architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industries. Alternatively,
demonstrated success in a technical role will also be considered.
Superior communication skills with a successful track record of
working across all levels of an organization.
Successful track record in translating organizational strategy and
building a sales funnel from initial contact through to contract negotiations.
Attention to detail, strong organizational proficiency, and
ability to work collaboratively are key in the success of this role.
