- Managing reservations: Taking reservations over the phone and managing reservations in a computerized system
Seating guests: Assigning guests to tables and escorting them to their seats
Communicating wait times: Informing guests of wait times and monitoring waiting lists
Providing menus: Presenting guests with menus and wine lists
Safety procedures: Informing guests about safety procedures and directing them to safety areas
